Open the LuckyWave site, tap the menu icon if it’s showing, then select Log in and enter your email (or username) and password. If the page looks zoomed in, refresh once and try again.

What do I do if LuckyWave says my password is wrong but I’m sure I’m typing it correctly?

Use Forgot password on the login screen and reset it through the email link, then sign in with the new password. Check that Caps Lock is off and remove any saved password your browser is auto-filling.

If your account was created with Google or Apple, use the same button on the login screen and it will sign you in without typing a password. If you signed up with email, log in with email and password unless you add a social sign-in inside account settings.

Wait 2–3 minutes, then check Spam and Promotions, and search your inbox for “LuckyWave.” If nothing arrives, request a new code once and make sure your email address matches what you used at registration.

How do I get back into LuckyWave if I changed my phone number and now two-step verification won’t work?

Log in with your email and password, then use the Can’t access your phone? option to switch verification to email. If your account is locked to the old number, LuckyWave support will ask for an ID check before they change it.

Why does LuckyWave log me out all the time, and can I stay signed in?

LuckyWave logs you out when your session times out or when cookies are blocked in your browser. Turn on cookies for the site and avoid private browsing if you want the login to stick between visits.
